Hi Joe, i am so broken hearted that you left us this morning and i am so sorry that i did'nt get there in time to kiss you goodbye. I held your hand when i got there, you were so brave right ot the end and i will never forget that i promise to look after Carl and Holly. I can't stop my tears it hurts so much all i can hope is that you have gone to a better place and i now know that you are no longer suffering and we promise that you will have the best send off ever.
